Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Booking:

  • a. Reservations can be made online, via telephone, or in person.
  • b. Reservations can be made by a valid credit card or bank deposit at the time of confirmation.
  • c. Full payment must be made before 30 days of check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • a. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges.
  • b. Cancellations made 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a 50% charge of the total reservation amount.
  • c. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a 75% charge of the total reservation amount.
  • d. Cancellations made within 30 days to the scheduled arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

3. Check-In/Check-Out:

  • a. Check-in time is 16:00Hrs and check-out time is 11:00Hrs b. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. c. Guests must provide a valid ID (Valid Passport or Valid Driving License) and credit card at the time of check-in.

4. Occupancy:

  • a. The maximum occupancy for each apartment will be as per the agreement.
  • b. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and may incur additional charges.

5. House Rules:

  • a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A penalty of €1000 will be charged for viulations.
  • b. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing.
  • c. Excessive noise and disruptive behavior that disturb other guests and neighbours are not tolerated.

6. Damages and Losses:

  • a. Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to the apartment's property and contents.
  • b. A security deposit is required 15 days prior to the check-in unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing and will be refunded upon inspection after 7 days of check-out.

7. Maintenance and Repairs:

  • a. Guests are required to report any issues or necessary repairs promptly.
  • b. Planned maintenance or visit may be conducted with advance notice to guests.

8. Liability:

  • a. The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings.
  • b. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.

9. Privacy Policy:

  • Guest information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

By making a reservation with Trip Apartss/Trip Aparts Pvt. Ltd, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
